My story
Originally from Annecy (France), a city renowned for its natural beauty and quality of life, I have always valued the balance between performance and well-being. This philosophy guided me through my studies in Paris and my career as a corporate lawyer, where I developed essential skills in stress management, focus, and navigating complex legal challenges with discernment.
I specialised in Business and Corporate Law, working with prestigious firms while managing high-stakes cases for international clients across diverse sectors. Founding my own practices in Paris and Marseille further deepened my expertise in mergers and acquisitions, honing my entrepreneurial mindset and professional autonomy.
My career then took me to London and Frankfurt, providing a global perspective on leadership and the complexities managers face. These experiences highlighted a gap between strategic objectives and team dynamics, inspiring my transition from lawyer to consultant in management assessment. I began focusing on evaluating leadership teams to ensure alignment with business goals during critical transactions.
Back in London, I founded JBC Advisors and then JBC Executive Solutions, where I collaborated with a family investment firm, engaging closely in transactions while adopting a more human-centered approach to leadership. With additional training from HEC Paris, along with certifications in NLP, I now coach leaders and managers through pivotal transitions, ensuring that human capital drives successful outcomes.
My experience as a business lawyer
With over 15 years of experience as a business lawyer, I have worked with esteemed firms such as Coopers & Lybrand, Jeantet & Associés, and Stehlin & Associés. My focus has been on managing complex legal operations, particularly in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate law, and commercial law.
I have handled a diverse portfolio of companies across sectors including finance, energy, food, luxury goods, new technologies, Green Tech, and healthcare. This expertise enables clients to maximise growth while safeguarding their strategic transactions. Notably, I advised on significant projects such as the restoration of the Vaults of La Major Cathedral in Marseille, identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risks to ensure the long-term success of these initiatives.
